DOGEBALL Presale Hits the Radar as Hedera Tests Support After Profit-Taking

How many people saw a crypto launch, waited, then watched the story move without them? That experience often drives interest in crypto presales in September, but timing alone is never enough. Utility, supply, execution, and risk matter.

DOGEBALL (DOGEBALL) is running a timed crypto presale, while Hedera (HBAR) offers a longer-term example of how an early-stage crypto story can develop over several years. HBAR recently gained on Council-related news before cooling near resistance. The sections below examine price history, stated product utility, supply changes and current momentum.
Why Is DOGEBALL (DOGEBALL) Gaining Attention in September?
The DOGEBALL crypto presale 2026 is in Stage 20 at a reported price of $0.0077. The project says it has raised more than $315,000 from 1,080 participants and lists a $0.015 launch price. Its presale is structured in timed stages, with the token price rising at each stage and unsold tokens scheduled to be burned.
DOGEBALL says it has also burned 4 billion tokens, equal to 20% of the original presale supply. According to the project, the DB75 bonus code currently provides 75% additional tokens until the DOGEBALL V2 game release.
Utility is a central part of the DOGEBALL proposal. DOGEPAY is designed to let users send crypto while recipients receive fiat directly in their bank accounts, with support for more than 30 currencies, near-instant transfers and zero foreign-exchange fees. DOGEBALL is also intended to power transaction fees, staking, gaming and rewards across DOGECHAIN, the project’s custom Ethereum Layer 2.
The gaming ecosystem includes a stated $1 million prize pool and instant fiat payouts. These planned features help explain why DOGEBALL appears in crypto presale discussions in September, but they remain project claims and should be independently verified before participation.

What Does Hedera (HBAR) Price News Say About a Missed ICO Opportunity?
Hedera (HBAR) is often called a 2018 ICO, although Hedera says it used SAFT agreements rather than a conventional public token sale. Market trackers place the crowdsale price near $0.12, while the earliest split-adjusted SAFT price was about $0.001. Hedera co-founder Mance Harmon later said some people viewed its enterprise-led Council model as too complicated or too difficult to make work.
HBAR eventually peaked near $0.57. From the $0.12 crowdsale price, that represented a theoretical 4.75x gain; from $0.001, it represented 570x. On paper, a $2,000 allocation at $0.001 would have been worth about $1.14 million at the peak. In reality, vesting and release limits mattered, so early investors could not necessarily sell their full allocation at that price.
HBAR now trades near $0.08 after recent Council-partner news lifted sentiment before profit-taking set in. The contrast with its peak explains the “missed ICO opportunity” narrative, but the more useful question for current buyers is whether the network’s enterprise strategy can translate into sustained adoption rather than another short-lived rally.
HBAR tests closely stacked supports
On the four-hour TradingView HBAR/USD chart, the 50-period simple moving average sits near $0.0786, almost exactly at the current price. The 100-period moving average is close below at roughly $0.0778. Together, they form an immediate support zone between $0.0778 and $0.0786.
Holding that range would keep the recent recovery structure intact. A move below both averages would bring the 200-period moving average near $0.0735 into focus as the next key support. On the upside, HBAR first needs to reclaim $0.0800. The more important resistance sits around $0.0820 to $0.0830, where the latest four-hour advance stalled.
What could strengthen the longer-term case?
In June, the Hedera Council added RiskStream Collaborative as a strategic partner and expanded its community-partner network across AI governance, developer tooling, tokenization and travel technology. Those additions could open more enterprise use cases, although partnerships do not automatically create transaction growth or demand for HBAR. Hedera’s announcement outlines the new roles.
Its roadmap also lists sponsored fees and support for relevant Ethereum Pectra upgrades as in-progress work. Sponsored fees could let applications pay users’ transaction costs, while Pectra compatibility could make the network easier for Ethereum developers to use. If delivered and adopted, those features could reduce onboarding friction and make Hedera more competitive. The roadmap does not yet list them as completed.

Could DOGEBALL Become Another Early-Stage Crypto Lesson?
Hedera (HBAR) shows how early pricing can create large historical return gaps, but it also underlines why an entry price alone does not determine a project’s long-term outcome. HBAR now trades below its $0.12 crowdsale price despite having previously reached a far higher peak. DOGEBALL is at an earlier stage, with its products, token utility and execution still to be demonstrated.
For readers comparing a current presale with earlier crypto market stories, DOGEBALL offers an early-stage project to assess, while HBAR illustrates both the potential upside and the risks of that stage. Presales remain high risk. The central question is not whether returns are guaranteed, but whether DOGEBALL can deliver DOGEPAY, DOGECHAIN, gaming demand, security measures and exchange execution as outlined by the project.
