ChangeNOW streak of victories continued in 2020. Early in the year, ChangeNOW partnered with CoinRabbit to expand the reach of NOW token. Coin staking also launched the same year to give the community more control in governance.
It was also time for the ChangeNOW community to come together under the banner of #AustraliaFires donation campaign for social good. There was still plenty of time for launches, releases, and partnerships, including NOW Tracker release, Bug Bounty launch, minimum amount reduced, and FIO partnership.
In 2021, NOW Wallet launched. ChangeNOW partnered with Guardarian, and everything was in place for the launch of NOW loans. A fiat payment gateway was added to the API, attracting more traders as the asset directory grew to more than 300.
However, the road so far was not without its fair share of challenges. For instance, a bug issue was detected in 2021 threatening over $15 million in value, which was returned to the compound. A hack also almost compromised over $1 million, which was returned to Eterbase.
