The Stellar-based Smartlands, a global security token issuance platform, has partnered with Colliers International, a global company with offices in over 69 countries.
Many companies have recognized the benefits of blockchain, especially Stellar-based blockchain network, and are increasingly using it to facilitate operations within their own organizations. The Smartlands platform is designed to tokenize real estate and crowdfunding platforms around the world. Here, the blockchain technology is used to execute contracts as well as secure sensitive data.

Colliers manages more than $20 billion in assets worldwide, and boats a share of an eye-watering $2.3 billion in corporate revenue. For 13 years in a row, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) ranked Colliers as one of the top 100 global outsourcing companies in the world. In addition to real estate, the company also focuses on private equity, production and agriculture.
Stellar Lumens is the 6th largest digital currency by market cap. At the time of writing, the cryptocurrency is trading at $0.24 with a market capitalization of just under $ 4.5 billion, according to data from CoinMarketCap.
