Strategy Boosts Bitcoin Holdings, Buying 245 BTC
In a recent update, Michael Saylor revealed that Strategy has acquired an additional 245 BTC for approximately $26 million, at an average price of around $105,856 per Bitcoin.
This latest purchase further solidifies Strategy’s position as a leading corporate holder of the cryptocurrency.
As of June 22, 2025, Strategy now proudly “hodl[s]” a colossal 592,345 BTC. These extensive holdings were acquired for an aggregate cost of approximately $41.87 billion, at an average price of $70,681 per BTC.
Furthermore, Saylor highlighted the strong performance of their Bitcoin strategy, noting that Strategy has achieved a remarkable BTC Yield of 19.2% Year-To-Date (YTD) 2025. This figure underscores the company’s successful accumulation strategy and the appreciation of their Bitcoin assets throughout the year.
The continuous acquisitions by Strategy under Saylor’s guidance reflect a steadfast belief in Bitcoin as a long-term store of value and a strategic corporate asset, despite market fluctuations.
