NVIDIA Becomes World’s Most Valuable Company, Bitcoin Ranks 6th

NVIDIA ($NVDA) has overtaken Microsoft ($MSFT) to become the world’s most valuable publicly traded company, with a market capitalization of $3.684 trillion, edging out Microsoft’s $3.667 trillion.
Meanwhile, Bitcoin (BTC) now ranks 6th globally, sitting just behind Amazon in total value.
NVIDIA’s stock climbed 2.15% to $151.08, driven by surging demand for AI computing power and dominance in GPU development. Microsoft, while continuing to perform strongly in cloud and enterprise software, posted a smaller gain of 0.67% to close at $493.40.
NVIDIA’s rapid rise is fueled by its central role in powering large-scale artificial intelligence systems, placing it at the forefront of the AI infrastructure boom. The company has leapfrogged tech titans including Apple ($3.023T) and Amazon ($2.272T) in the global valuation race.
Meanwhile, Bitcoin surged 2.85% to $108,025, pushing its market cap to $2.143 trillion, but remains just below Amazon in the rankings. Its move highlights continued institutional interest in digital assets, even as AI stocks dominate headlines.
The updated leaderboard reflects a major shift in market dynamics, with NVIDIA emerging as the face of the AI era and Bitcoin solidifying its position as a top-tier global asset alongside traditional tech giants.
