Andrew Tate Faces Lawsuit Filed by Crypto Influencer And Model

Brianna "Bri" Stern, the model and crypto influencer behind the SISTER Solana meme coin, has filed a civil lawsuit in Los Angeles against controversial internet personality Andrew Tate.

Stern alleges that Tate assaulted her at the Beverly Hills Hotel on March 11. The lawsuit, which accuses Tate of sexual assault, battery, and gender violence, stems from a 10-month relationship between the two.

The Allegations and Lawsuit Details

According to Stern, she met Tate because he needed models for his crypto project, and he promised to assist her in saving her SISTER coin. However, the relationship turned violent, with Stern claiming Tate verbally degraded, choked, and physically assaulted her. She allegedly sought medical treatment at a hospital in New York, where she was diagnosed with Post-Concussion Syndrome.

The lawsuit is seeking unspecified statutory and punitive damages, although a digital copy of the complaint has not yet appeared in public records. Tate’s legal team from McBride Law dismissed the suit as a “blatant cash grab,” accusing Stern of exploiting the situation for financial gain.

Tate’s Legal Troubles and Crypto Involvement

Recently, the brothers were allowed to leave Romania, and they are now under investigation in Florida, which saw a brief surge in the value of Tate’s DADDY token, a meme coin linked to his crypto activities. Sister coin, launched by Stern, also saw a significant 290% rise, reaching a market cap of $370,000.
